It's the second day, and you should be stronger than ever. Today you are doing a HIIT workout. This stands for High Intensity Interval Training. This will really burn a lot of calories. Just open the link below and when you are done that is it for the day.
It's the fourth day of your workout streak. Today you are going to do an arm workout. Just click the link below and complete the workout.
It is the fifth day of the workout schedule and we are focusing on legs and lower body. Complete the workout in the video below and that is it! Friday is the day off from working out so you can rest.
BACK AND ABS
For the end of this week's workout plan, we will be focusing on your Ab's and back. When you have done all of the exercises from the video below you can congratulate yourself because you just finished this week's workout!
